This is where we will walk you through the process of how to design your own challenge coin display case or custom plaque.
Design
You'll start off by getting paired up with
one of our design experts who will listen
to exactly what you are looking for.

In this stage of the process,
we will go over things such as: materials,
wood types, colour specifics, size
and most importantly,
the type and how many engravings you want.
Sit back and relax!
Once we've established exactly how you want your Display or plaque to look, its time for you to kick back, relax and let our experts complete the mock ups for your item.

Mock up's/Proofs
Customer satisfaction is highly important to us and seriously, where would we be without our repeat customers who are constantly bringing us in new customers.

Before starting your work, we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with what your order will look like.
​
Order proofs will be sent to you via email where you'll either approve or reject the edits. If you approve then it's time to get dirty but if you want to make some last minute changes then we can do that at this stage of the process.

While your patiently waiting for your item
to be completed our staff are suiting up and
getting the final edits complete to
make your order a reality.
Our team of employees are dedicated to
perfection and this is why we only hire the
best of the best at Beneath The Bark. During
the creation of your item, it requires a CNC machinist,
a laser machinist expert and in most cases;
a painter, to complete your project;
and we have sourced out the best team for those tasks.
Once your item has been completed, it is
carefully packaged up and sent off
via Canada Post to your destination.
